1. Scope of Services
Unique Plastic Industries provides manufacturing services including but not limited to injection moulding, blow moulding, custom production, and job work services for plastic household and industrial products.
2. Quotation & Pricing
- All quotations are generated based on specifications provided by the client through our Engineering AI system or direct communication.
- Final pricing is determined by the sales team based on material costs, production complexity, volume, and current market rates.
- Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue unless otherwise specified.
- Prices are subject to change based on fluctuations in raw material costs.
3. Order Confirmation
An order is considered confirmed only after written confirmation (via WhatsApp, email, or signed purchase order) and receipt of advance payment as agreed. Verbal commitments are not binding.
4. Production & Delivery
- Production timelines are estimated and shared at the time of order confirmation.
- Delivery schedules are subject to production capacity, material availability, and force majeure conditions.
- Unique Plastic Industries is not responsible for delays caused by third-party logistics providers.
- Shipping and transportation costs are borne by the buyer unless otherwise agreed.
5. Quality Standards
All products are manufactured to standard industry specifications. We offer three quality grades:
- Premium: Virgin Reliance PP material. Highest durability and finish.
- Standard: Recycled/mixed grade PP. Suitable for everyday use.
- Marble: Decorative finish variant. Aesthetic-grade products.
6. Mould & Tooling
- For custom production, mould development charges are quoted separately.
- Moulds developed at client expense remain the property of the client.
- Standard product moulds are the property of Unique Plastic Industries.
7. Payment Terms
- 50% advance payment required at order confirmation.
- Balance 50% payable before dispatch or as per mutually agreed credit terms.
- Payment modes accepted: Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/UPI).
8. Returns & Defects
Defective items due to manufacturing errors will be replaced at no additional cost. Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence. Returns due to buyer-side specification errors are not accepted.
9. GST & Taxation
Unique Plastic Industries operates under the GST Composition Scheme (GSTIN: 36IUBPP1652L1Z8). As a composition taxable person, we are not eligible to collect tax on supplies. No GST will be charged on invoices.
10. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
